I was thinking once a senator gets infected in this "stay in your country era"...They will triumphantly walk into the state of the art health care facility they built in their own senatorial district to justify tax payers money and get treated...

But the reverse is the case,,,the way they jostle for teaching hospitals far away from their senatorial districts to get treated these days is alarming and one is left to wonder what has happened to the #500 million annual senatorial district grant?...while constituency applies to house of representative members...
One wonders...

This is just the beginning,,, a time will come when all countries will consume only what is obtaining in their own country...Then they shall learn better.
