Kenn55:Of course I knew there would be someone dumb enough to go this route. I was just patiently waiting for the first slowpoke. You must be nuts if you think I am more interested in your oversee status than in my personal safety and the safety of millions. Anybody that wants to deliberately turn Nigeria to a pandemic killing field by disobeying isolation rules is worst than an enemy and deserve to be shot. You are very stupid indeed. You just don't know it yet. 1 Like |

Ehiscotch: So what have you ended saying? Blaming Christians, not blaming muslims, blaming "average Nigerian", not blaming government for its lies, propaganda, deceit and.uncommon delay in decision making process in the matter of a virus of such magnitude. What are the shortcomings of the people in this matter? Can you explain? Lai Mohammed simply should have informed us the current situation and not try to exonerate this government in its very wrong approach. The government stated its readiness in the event that corvid 19 arrived in Nigeria. They say those who go to equity must have clean hands. Having made that promise we thought measures were in place. How many centers are available in Nigeria? Where are the equipments? What are the incentives in places for health workers. We never heard of our government either ordering equipments from abroad or get local companies to manufacture them. Are you not in Nigeria? Why not call a spade what it is. Private individuals are making their effort, yet we have not heard of our government's effort.towards stemming tbe tide. Are you not in Nigeria? You did not even proffer an advice. Now corvid 19 got into Nigeria and suddenly government is running helter skelter over an issue that was well known three months earlier. Now government wants containment and still equipments have not been made available nationwide. It falls on our government to do its job. That's why the officials were elected. All Nigerians are advised to act responsibly by adhering to the laid down rules for safety. That's what we should be talking about and praying for God's intervention worldwide. That is the way forward. 2 Likes |

Buhari n those that voted him into power r all idiots. This thing was very much avoidable but what did he do, he left our airspace open even when other super power countries were closing theirs. He even said if any Nigerian were wanting to go to China and other affected countries that they will be issued visas. He let in foreigners from those affected countries all because of greed. The foolish health minister was assuring d gullible zombies of having everything under control should in case the virus came to Nigeria. This government practically called and invited this virus to this country thinking it will only affect d poor why they make money from it. But thank God that it's affecting them too and they are all old. The quicker d better for them. It also started from overseas so no traveling for any of them. Health care infrastructure is zero and no place for them too to turn to. If this thing has started in Africa the rest of the world would have isolated us n only be sending workers for treatment here. Bit our foolish African leaders didn't do d needful because of greed and unsubstantiated facts that it doesn't affect a black man or sun is it kryptonite |

CSTR2: Lol. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha You can kill yourself for all i care. You can tell that to the likes of Abba Kyari and your elites in Nigeria who brought the virus due to their waka waka instead of looking for innocent Nigerians abroad to vent your frustration. ornicus: Dont bet on it Bro! Think about it, the UK has banned ALL FLIGHTS/TRAVEL to the UK, except for UK CITIZENS returning to the UK. Buhari leaves Nigeria overnight in a Chartered BA Plane and enters the UK. What does that tell you? Are you aware that most, if not all of our "Big Politicians", have FOREIGN CITIZENSHIP? Why would they allow Buhari into their country, at this critical moment, knowing he carries the virus? Wha about his children schooling there all these years? Think about it! "UK Citizen" Nigerian Presidents don Jaapa to London,, abandon Nigerian Citizens to their fate! |

Okay! The best solution now is to self isolate oneself. No wonder, all the governors suddenly quarantine themselves, even after they tested negative. If this over 4k people story is real, and going by what Corona is doing all over the world, a responsible government should have imposed total lock down with that announcement. In Nigeria, just like we provide electricity and other amenities for ourselves, we don't have to wait for government to lock down. Lock down on your own. It's until other countries became scared of Nigeria for having received enough COVID19, before the borders were shot. |

Ghostmode2two: Can such people also forge their Finger Prints and BVN? Look, if we wanted to have a grip on this thing, it is simple but our leaders are deliberately opening-up HOLES in the system, to allow then maneuvre, if they need to. If we Finger Print and take pictures of faces and Passport Scan of everyone that comes down from a plane at all our airports, give them a form to fill and under it, put the warning: Declaring false information on this form is an offense with three years jail term on conviction. I bet you, all data will be correct and traceable within 24hrs, who wan go jail? |

Ecstasy154: Tracing in a country without records, lol. A flight from abroad came into Ghana and the government was wise enough to quarantine all the people on board immediately. Turned out that 25 people tested positive for the virus. But in this country, they'll be playing hide and seek with them FG would allow people to enter Nigeria, give them one week to hide and then start seeking them. In this Lagos alone that there's nothing Luke personal space, they should better change the figure to '4370 and counting' |

With the rate at which covid 19 is going in Nigeria, I think if care is not taken, we will find ourselves in a mess. Despite government lip service directive, some inhabitants of Bwari Area Council in the FCT went about their business as if they don't listen to news or are not aware of the pandemic. Bwari market was filled to the brim today, market men and women were selling their wares and people are not using any protective gear except a few people who used face mask and hand gloves. No sanitizer anywhere in the market and people are coughing and sneezing arbitrarily. I said to myself " are these people not aware of the happenstances in the country". My reason is that if these people continue to be non challant and the epidemic finds its way into Bwari market in the FCT, it will be worst than Lombardy in Italy. I therefore call on the chairman of Bwari area council and other stakeholders in the vicinity to enlighten the populace on the need to be proactive in the face of this looming pandemic. 1 Like |

Muslim, Traditionalist, magicians , Atheist are many in the Country.. An average Nigerian believed that Coronavirus did not exist in Nigeria even when Lagos State was notifying the public about the index case(The Italian guy)!!! |

CSTR2: See frustration! No be abroad people cause your misery, face your leaders who treat you like shyte and stop venting on the wrong people. If not for the FDI that "Diasporeans" send to their family and friends in Nigeria, by now people like you would have died long ago. Someone who is resident abroad, has no business coming to Nigeria in times of medical crisis like this, is it that Hospital that Abba Kyari removed the ventilator for himself that such person will depend on? Is it the prowling kidna;;ers and savage robber-police that they want to run back to or the epileptic power supply? Abeg, dont let abroad people swear for you otherwise, your own don finish tey-tey for this Naija be that. 1 Like |
