LOCATION: NATIONWIDE

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests.
Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress.
Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met.
Train and integrate new workers.
Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed.
Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed.

2. DRIVER
Driving both top executives and corporate individuals
Keep the vehicle clean and maintained at all times.
Perform preventative and regular maintenance on the vehicle

3. SHOP FLOOR ASSISTANT
Must be able to communicate in English Language.
Experience in an FMCG industry
Must be very diligent and hardworking.
Must possess good behavior & leadership skills.
O’Level, Diploma, OND


REQUIREMENTS:
1. SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role
High School Diploma; A degree in Management is a plus
Full understanding of industry safety standards
Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel
The ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as standing up for long hours and lifting heavy loads occasionally
Working well within a team
Ability to multitask
Leadership and conflict-management skills


2. DRIVER
A Minimum qualification of O ‘Level Certificate.
Solid years of experience as a driver (especially for corporate organizations)
Good knowledge of routes or road network
Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
Must have a LASDRI Card (For Lagos Applicants).
Training from recognized training schools for drivers would be an added advantage.
Good Communication Skills.
Very organized and decent.
High level of integrity.

3. SHOP FLOOR ASSISTANT
A Minimum qualification of O ‘Level Certificate.
Years of experience
