Responsible leadership my arse. The same Seyi Makinde who allowed Davido to party in nightclubs in Ibadan a week ago? He sacked that guy for incompetence. If the guy had gotten pictures of some other fumigation gear that could not be identified, all would be well. This is just to save face and nothing else.
