As dictated by my country (the U.S.)and particular state, I followed the guidelines for attending service (which for me was yesterday) although it was an abbreviated type of service.

What I found was interesting is that people still need food and are willing to do what it takes to receive some.
We have a food truck ministry (each month) where we prepare crates of food for needy families. We go by the "honor system", meaning we do not make the people prove they need it. They just fill out how many people are in their household.
We give point blank.
The people, in the midst of this pandemic, still came out to get the food (yesterday) and were so grateful that we still came out to distribute.
I was blessed in the midst of "blessing" others.
Not bragging here, but being practical about the needs out here.
Not everyone should be fearful and hide.
People should help others as best as possible.

So I would encourage churches (that are able and that can mobilize a few members) to deal with folks' physical needs and then still spread Christ' message of hope. People need food, water, the basics etc.


Please follow the rules, mandates and guidelines that Nigerian governmental officials have stated/defined. Do not forget each other though.
