50. Furthermore, although schools are closed, I have instructed the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development to work with State Governments in developing a strategy on how to sustain the school feeding program during this period without compromising our social distancing policies. The Minister will be contacting the affected States and agree on detailed next steps.

Let's appreciate this old man for once. Don't always criticize him even if we see lapses. At least they are doing something.

It's because of people like you that the country is the way it is. Someone more sensible decided to dissect a presidential speech and instead of you to applaud him, you're telling us to just manage it like that.

What the president is simply saying in my opinion is this: yes, schools are closed for NOW but won't be forever and they will need to device a means to keep the school feeding program running when school RESUMES at the same time not compromising the health of those kids!

Most state have stop the school feeding program, so by his speech it means the ministry will work with the state government on way forward and collect data of pupils.
