To be frank i would have preferred the donations made by the billionaire shouldn't be money but medical facilities. All these money wouldn't be spent for the purpose they were donated for. This is Nigeria. they will share the money.

Even if it's medical facilities, they will still divert it. Where's the one that the Chinese billionaire donated?

That man you are looking at is ready to die. No parent can watch their children die, they will do anything it takes to see that they die instead of they can.
I can remember well when I told my mother I was sick and I was told to self isolate, the woman started shouting God forbid God forbid (in Yoruba) I told her not to come close to me but that was when this woman ran towards me and gripped me that we both almost fell to the ground.
That’s parents for you, they are ever ready to sacrifice and risk their lives to see their children live.
In this case, I hope the regulatory body in charge act fast before more harm is done...

His wife was later given a brand new ventilator

Ah this man thought its ordinary malaria I guess. Both of you will just die together and infect other neighbors. Although I understand your pain but you just have to calm down.

May this never happen to you but don't underestimate how much damage an angry people that distrust their govt can cause.

The initial panic that has been created which is absolutely unnecessary will definitely result to this. You here rich and affluent people getting well or doing fine but yourS is being left to suffer.

Let her die in my house - Nigerian dad threatens to take his daughter out of isolation due to poor treatment

A video of a Nigerian dad complaining bitterly over the poor condition his daughter is allegedly being subjected to at an isolation center, has surfaced online.

The man who introduced himself as Mr Olanutu, told reporters during an interview that his daughter who is diagnosed with the novel Coronavirus, has been left unattended to by the medical staff at one of the isolation centers.

Although he did not mention which of the Isolation centers, the aggrieved dad also said his daughter had not been fed since she was moved into the isolation center.

''Let the Minister come and see what is happening. If I am telling lies, my name is Mr Olanutu.

What the hell are they doing here? She hasn't seen a doctor since morning, she hasn't seen a nurse, she hasn't been fed and you are telling me that I should not take her out. Let her go and die in my house, simple. I don't care anymore. For the fact that you have Coronavirus does not mean you should be left around'' he said
See what someone else is saying, this man is just exaggerating it

Re: Coronavirus: Father Cries Out Over Non-Treatment Of Daughter At Isolation Center by safarigirl(f): 11:42am On Mar 31, 2020
How does he have access to his daughter if she is in isolation? Shouldn't he also be in isolation, by virtue of interacting with someone who has the virus?

The idea of isolation is to ensure it isn't spread, while the patient is healing. If the daughter got tested at all, they are one of the fortunate few then, hundreds of others can't be tested

If they have a house large enough, the daughter can be quarantined at home and be receiving treatment, except her case is critical

BTW, all his ranting is for nothing if he failed to mention the exact isolation center. There are at least four of those in the whole country, where is his daughter?

When your family is infected, eat them and cook them at home to die like the man is shouting. No one says he should not express and ask for a change, his words are wrong and hopefully those are not meant or his intentions
