I really need advice here.. my jamb score is 300 from oyo state. i applied for mbbs, My two choice of institution is kaduna state University and usman danfodiyo university, sokoto. i don't know which i should apply for although i filled in kasu during jamb regn. kasu have high indigene preference for mbbs admission, infacts as of all 65 candidate admitted for medicine last year, only 4 are non-indigene, and i even thinks it because they have long legs... out of all the for only one candidate is from kwara the other 3 are still from the north. so with my jamb score I think am eligible for admission in kasu only if they intentionally want to deny me.. udusok cut off for medicine in my state is 280 as of last year, and I think i merited that, as of what i heard they admit the top 4 applicants from oyo state, so this baffle me alot being that, how can they postulate a cutoff points and still went on to select only 4 , i mean with the facts that they have a cut off mark, I think all that merited the cut off should be given and not in a basis of top scorers, this is what is scaring me to change my institution to udusok Cox i dont know the number i will be in the order of high scores.. pls i really needs advice thanks ahead. |

I think it's likely that you get admitted in kasu because the cutoff mark is 200 and most students got admitted without 250 or slightly less ,I recently got admitted in kasu in the faculty of medicine I even that Kwara guy you are talking about. Am not sure but I think your admission in kasu is assured |
