I am in the US and someone paid dollars into my GTB domiciliary account last year. Now I am being told I cannot have access to the money except I come to withdraw it over the counter. Please, do you know of anyone who has been in this situation? What did they do?

I tried that, it didn’t work. Perhaps because that’s a transfer also.
