[sub][/sub]Easier way for government to know those people who are in needs during this lock � down � period.
Dear fellow Nairalands,

As we all know that the issue of this pandemic diseases is ravaging the world and causing so many problems to us in terms of financial issue, stopping us from doing our daily activities.

For all this aforementioned words we need help from our government but how can the government know those that are really in need of help?, to answer this i have a suggestion for that.

My own suggestion is that the Government should contact the Network service provider (MTN, GLO, 9 MOBILE, AIRTEL etc.), as we all know that those network service providers are easily accessible to their customers in order to make complain to them. There is no doubt that every individual leaving in a particular house will have access to a mobile phone and he /she will have a certain number registered with any network service.

Through this network service provider they can create a unique number as that of a Call Center Number in which if you dial the number you can make complain of the challenges you are facing to them and from the complain you make they can share it to the government to review it, so that they can do the needful things.

The Unique Number can be done in such a way that it will entails some categories i. e
If you dial the number you can change the language to your dialect even though you don't understand English language and after that the network network service know how to do it in such a way that if you press some certain numbers it will contain a particular activity such as :

# If you press (1),that means you need help and you can complain about what you need.

# If you press (2),that means you want to support the government.

#. If you press (3),that means you want to thank the government on their activities to stop the spreading of the Coronavirus.

I hope that if the government can make use of this, they will be able to identify more individuals who are in need of help during this lock � down � period.
