After Madam Ameh's viral video, I held a meeting with the Minister of Power, NERC and other stakeholders today on the need to ensure stable electricity at least during the lockdown period. At the end of the discussion, Gas companies who are being owed money agreed to release gas to the GENCOs while other outstanding issues are resolved immediately after we conquer Covid-19. Will remain vigilant.

How can they be complaining of funds because people don't pay. Meter everybody and surcharge them when they recharge. Jail anyone that boycotts the meter. With the way people queue to buy fuel for their Gen. They are willing to pay anything for constant power supply. Idiots
