COVID-19: ROMO Distributes Relief Materials Worth of Millions In Ogun State. Coronavirus pandemic has made the Nigeria government to announced lockdown in some parts of the country in which includes Ogun state. It's obvious that the government need the support of all well doing Nigerians, Organizations, and religious body to fight against this spreading COVID-19 across the state. The Executive members of Riders and Owners of Motorcycles Organization (ROMO) distributed relief materials worth millions of naira to citizens of Ogun state. The leadership of Riders and Owners of Motorcycles Organization (ROMO) ably led by Alhaji Olushola Rasaq Shotayo (SOLEBO) on the 2nd of April, 2020 converged at Moshood Kashimawo Olawale Abiola (MKO) International Stadium, Abeokuta, Ogun State. Furthermore, ROMO Executives moved to Sabo Market, Sagamu in Ogun State to sensitize people and distribute the Stimulus Packages which included; Rice, Noodles, Soaps, Hand Sanitizers, Bitter kola and others... The ROMO team also visited Lafenwa market, Abẹokuta, Ogun state to distribute relief materials to the people. Comrade Shotayo told Journalists in Abeokuta, Ogun state that, "the union's had warned her members to refrain from violating the Government's directives of staying at home. He also emphasized that the union will arrest any Motorcycle rider that works during this period and hand him to the security agents for prosecution in the court of law. Solebo, advised that if people stay at home, it would be easy for Government to combat the spread of the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). The Chairman of Riders and Owners of Motorcycles Organization (ROMO), encouraged the beneficiaries of the relief materials to manage the items during the lockdown period. He also advised them to use the hand Sanitizers to rub their hands and fingers after washing them with soaps and water. #StaySafe #BuildingOurFutureTogether #UP_ROMO - O'FAVOUR
