Six new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Osun state. As at 11:00 am, April 3, there are 190 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. Twenty have been discharged with two deaths.

I don't understand is it that this states are doing competition it what. Anyways at the end of the day it's the money they are all after nothing more

Over 10 percent of people tested in Nigeria have shown positive. Does that mean if the whole 200 million Nigerians are tested then they're 20 million Nigerians with the disease already. Hmm

This corona record is like a relay race I hope some other will not catch up with Lagos , just the same way itayi catch up with Iran and China and now US that was far behind is now leading far ahead

With the way some Gorvenors are acting reactively instead of proactively knowing very well that they don't have the capacity both financially and materially to handle coro coro if it begins to spread some state will catch up with Lagos and over take

Addressing a news conference on Wednesday, the State Commissioner for Health, Dr Rafiu Isamotu and the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Ismail Omipidan disclosed that the new cases are among returnees from Ivory Coast, who came into the State last week.

According to them, the returnees are from Osun, Anambra, Kwara, Oyo, Ekiti, Edo and other States but whose destination was Osun. They were 127 and were conveyed to the State in 6 buses from Ogun-Osun border and taken directly to an isolation centre in Ejigbo to prevent communal mixing.

The duo made it clear that 24 samples were initially sent for test and 3 returned positive before the second batch of 47 samples were sent for test with 9 returning positive. They added that the rest are undergoing test.
