Philippines President Orders Officers To Shoot Violent Lock Down Violators by FARA4GA: 6:34pm On Apr 03, 2020 |
There was an earlier post where a Nigerian man based in Philipines displayed relief items given to him by the government. The links can be found below for those who haven't watched it yet. https://www.nairaland.com/5769952/nigerian-philippines-displays-relief-items https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NlUX2ju8lk Another video has surfaced online, showing Philippines president, Rodrigo Duterte, ordering his enforcement officers to shoot down anyone who gets violent while disobeying #coronavirus lockdown orders. Now, is his order justified? Personally I believe it is. If the government has supported you with food items that should last you for 2 weeks to a month, there should be no reason to get confrontational if caught outside and ordered to go back indoors. Yes, it could be boring staying indoors for weeks; but if one gets infected with the virus, won't the person still end up staying indoors and risk eventually dying? Watch the video of him giving his officers the go-ahead order below https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hjqEQzPMwTo |
