its about 10 mins drive from ajah, you will have to take the right turn from abraham adesanya, the area is very much habitable and one can start development immedietely, it is a well tiled road from abraham adesanya to okun ajah, before you get to the untiled road which is also very motorable, see my contact above for more details or send me an email
