A 23-year-old lady identified as Rejoice has committed suicide by drinking Sniper, a common pesticide, in the Mpape region of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

The Saturday accident plunged the whole city into chaos as residents tried to save their lives.

The Nigeria Gazette found out that the deceased had learned that her boyfriend had an affair with another woman, and decided to take her own life out of rage.
