You know how long it will take for vaccines to be accepted? Do some research, doesn’t happen that fast. I’m guessing it will take at least a couple months to come up with an effective vaccine, then up to one year at least to test on humans and observe symptoms before getting approval for commercial use

Some old people have survived the virus, so Charles may just be one of the lucky ones. He might also not have any existing health condition like diabetes etc. His mother is 93 , and she is still up and about.
The life expectancy of nigerians is around 50 years old, so we dont have too many old people in our midst.
50 years is relatively young for fatality in the Corona. So perhaps, because of our demographic, we may not suffer a lot from the serious forms of the disease.
Though reports have been saying younger people and even children are now dying.
