Phoenix gave me the same problem so i had to use JAF.If you've downloaded your product firmware,copy it into the Phoenix folder for firware and see what happens.

someone should really help, im also using nokia e71 firmware version 100.07.76. I'v tried opda and S60certkey to obtain my cert n key but all is not productive. The opda site i think is technically down, s60certkey.com is not helping matters as i have registered with them and requested for my cert and key 7 days ago but my application is to this very moment pending. There is this other chap here that owns a blog and stated how to obtain cert and key in about five minute through the downloading of an application from the site, i did downloaded the app, followed the steps but na jonzing. Pls any1 with any idea should helpnloaded the app, followed the steps but na jonzing. Pls any1 with any idea should help

don't think dat ur firmware version is hackable. So pendin when ur cert will b ready, i advice u upgrade ur firmware first. but my application is to this very moment pending. yes nokiaE71 is very much hackable.i made 3 post yesterday but it wz all deleasted by the damm spam bot.

as i stated earlia, u dont need to wait 4 days b4 getting ur cert and key files frm opda. On my blog, i showed life pics, on how i requested and downloaded my cert and key files under 2min and how you too can obtain urs. If u follow the procedures outline on my blog n cant stil obtain ur key n cert files, add me on 2go n i will assist u.

^^^ just update it over the air. You can even do it with mtn's 10Mb daily bundle. The update is not up to 6mb don't bother yourself with offline update.

i just upgrade my nokia 5230 to version 05.16 from version 03 whatever , men my browsing is kind of fast, what are other advantage wit upgrading or firmware.

Thanks for the info. I just did my Nokia E5 update, the update files was 15mb. I notice a lot of improvements.
