To avoid serious problems our Governmentmust begin to work out on PLAN B, AND PLAN C.

My suggestion to the Federal Government is to excempt food production companies, food processing factories and farmers from lockdown with stringent policies.

The Government should place each holders on these safety policy below.

I) That there should be private and external health monitoring committee just like EFCC (for critical health watch).

II) That Internal health staff reports to external health monitoring systems on daily basis.

III) internal Health staff are to be employed and provided with durable facilities (such as infrared thermometer and testing kits) by companies exempted from Lockdown.

IV) That factories staff must wear head mask and safety gloves during on duty. No one should be allowed to remove mask until in they enter private isolation.

V) All staff will have private isolation different from rest room. Private isolation will look Like a room demarcated into mini-phone-boot shelf to do take their launch (break) or make phone calls.

VI) Any suspected ill-staff must be placed on 3 days routine checkup and penalize to court for not reporting symptoms early.

VII) Other staff are to watch their backs to report suspicious health cases otherwise they will all be placed in 2 weeks quarantine (health prison).

VII) Each food holdings should have at least two safety in-health officer to monitor health issues, rules and regulations on patrol like a police. (Health Police on Patrol)
