Help me out pls. My infinix hot note is asking for privacy protection password. I have factory reset the phone but it still shows up. Don't really know what to do next.

Here's a downoad link for the Image file.

Make sure you put the file on the SDcard directly, not in any folder.
Then open MobileUncle Tools, and click on recovery update, the all will search for the Image file in your SDcard, then click on it, and follow the prompts that come up. . . you're good to go.
Of course your phone must be rooted,

Try carrying out a hard reset, if it persists, then its a touch pad issue, and must be attended to quickly,
Just let me know its condition after the hard reset.

My Gionee P2(rooted, with cwm recovery and custom ROM) popped up this message on its screen this morning: "SD card is damaged. Try reformatting. All data on your card will be lost". Please Bosses in the house, what steps should I take to recover the card with all apps intact, especially the cwm recovery? And how do I go about cwm-recovery restore? Do I unroot the phone first or go ahead and boot into recovery mode and do a restore, i.e, if the custom recovery is not affected by the card damage? Please what should I do? Thanks.


Ughm, I don't think this has anything to do with your custom recovery, just try inserting the SDcard in another phone to confirm that it is truly from your SDcard. I think your SD card might be faulty.

My BlackBerry Q10 dsnt use to operate well most new application I install on it like say Badoo, dictionary, games opera mini etc wether I download it 4rm blackberry world or not. I hav upgraded it's OS to d latest 10.3.1.1779 and yet it dsnt run well new apps I install. When I open d app d 1st time it ll work but when I close d window and operate another app by the time I get back 2 d app it ll start hanging and misbehaving mind u it isn't d phone dat is hanging it is d apps .but all apps dat came wth it r working well.although some newly installd apps eg GTB work but most dnt. Even when I upgraded d OS d amazon store dat got installd wth it is hangng also.please xpert in d house I need yah assistanc

Help my ihot fell in water then stopped showing lights on the screen but I could still see wat was on d screen only if I used a torch to point at it in the dark then I found a thread on cnet advising use of alcohol to rinse the phone now it does not even boot up help

For the past 3weeks I've been browsing with GLO sim (inside Q5 )with my laptop through Hotspot. When I tried to that now, it will connect but beside the network bar I will see the word "LIMITED". I still have about 1250 MB left out of the 3GB.

pls I use Bluegate BG8 Sapphire phone....any time I try to download any App, I always receive insufficient memory when I still have enough space that can accommodate a cow on it. pls help

My Nokia Lumia 900 takes like forever to power on after circling around, the worst part is that after so much efforts to get it boot up, yet I doesn't retain energy. Initially I thought it was a battery issue, I went and bought a new battery yet once the phone is unplugged from power, it will just go off within few seconds. Please does anyone has a solution to this? I will so much appreciate.

Good pm engineers... My SAMSUNG S3 T999 started heating up somedays ago..it started bcomin hot from d 'switch button' by d side of d fone.
And wen i tried charging it brings a STOP CAUTION dat d ba3 temperature is too high and av tried many ba3. Plssss help

alright. My tablet fell , screen cracked and I turned it on , the inner screen was intact but after few days , the battery has swollen and several cracks has appeared on its screen .

Hello, pls what should I do? I am trying tocharge my gionee m2 but the phone just show that it is charging but no increments on the battery meter until I power of the phone. if I shut down the phone charge may increase from 10 to 40 present and stay like that for hours. isthe problem my phone baterry, charger or charging port?

Please help on this, I have this iphone 5, if the sim is removed all the apps comes up and I can go anywhere I want, but puting back the sim it show update completed, few more steps, when I click continue, it direct me to use wifi, after conecting to wifi its says sim card not VALID and it show 3G. Please anybody help what's is the solution
