I'm an old soul in a young body. Old movies, old songs, old architecture, photographs and fashion have always appealed to me in ways contemporary music never has.

Demean ? You obviously don't know what that word Means angry

In stead of being angry at me you should work on your self esteem, that's something only you can fix.

You should wonder why you would part your legs for cash at every given opportunity. Infact now Nigerian girls are opening legs for anything.

Hunger has brought out the cheap tricks in them angry

Why on Earth should I feel bad about ploughing my way through all you "give me girls"?
Give me this , give me that ..that's why I call you all "give me girls"

Next time have some self worth get a job and live within the budget of your wages ..
You can't be a sales girl earning a minimum wage and you want to buy an iPhone 11 pro max! angry

The moment you start having some self respect all men will respect you..
Right now girls are the cheapest commodity in Nigeria , they are even cheaper than chloroquine tablets angry

Now fûck off

I have wasted five seconds of my life explaining to you

The lockdown has opened my eyes to so much, not like i was surprised sha, because i know that life is characterize by unexpected events, in the blink of an eye everything can change.

All those things we thought were of extreme importance like clubbing, football, entertainment etc are meaningless right now.

For the first time, humanity are combating one enemy that threatens our very existence.

People are beginning to understand the existential meaning of life.

No more fancy stuff, Surviving is the most important thing right now.

Above all God is the ultimate, we have to return to him
For him to show us his mercy.

2 things.

1. America and Germany and Russia and China and all so called world powers are not so smart after all. Humanity has being humbled by a ghost, a ghost.

2. In Nigeria it will be impossible to not catch this virus if it gets out of hand. The word is impossible.

Wrong.
Either the basket isn't yours or you counted wrong. The cover for one has more than 112. Each section has 13 holes and I see over 9 sections, 9*13= 117 plus the 4 on top, 121. And that's not all cos they're parts we can't see.

Thank God for that, at least you self gained something in this lockdown. grin

1. I finished reading my first book for the year.

2. Sat down to review my shortcomings in bitcoin investments over the years and the way forward.

3. I'm a metrics person so I tried to track my time usage for my major activities

4. I downloaded Houseparty grin. Houseparty is to Facebook, what Zoom is to LinkedIn.

5. I realised that sometimes it's not a time problem we have to realise our goals. Most of us have an 'excuses' problem. This break would rat those with that problem out. embarassed

sisisioge,
I will love you to share your experience with the remote PM job. I'm currently renewing my cert, and I won't mind such jobs right now.

Well, my job was to coordinate the setup of a centre by overseeing resource allocation, purchases, logistic, installation and relationship management. Everything was done by voice calls and online. It was just like an event coordinator's job...arranging and getting everyone to do their bits. It's amazing to know how much one can achieve by being a collected thinker and knowing where all the likely resources are. Imagine being able to get bedsheets monogramed within 24hrs inside lock down....google is bae grin

This lockdown opened my eyes to the fact that one can earn a hell of money from online. The lockdown saw massive traffic on many blogs, including mine. At a point I was getting 10,000 visitors a day.

Aside that, I've been trying to keep fit. I had this workout app, dumped it. Now I try to skip every day.

I've also been closer to God, developed a daily routine that involves hearing from God every morning.

pls i need someone to create app and blog for me. Do u know any?

How much for all night ? Lemme guess ... 2k?

Like the topic says, what has the lockdown made you see in a different way or made you realise about yourself, family, friends, work, business, etc.?

For me, I wish I had bought all those hard copy books and board games I have being meaning to get back to, like scrables and checkers and learning how to play chess. Right now, even ludo would be heavenly. I am tired of browsing and reading ebooks all day.

Found out my first child can cook soup and jollof rice without any form of assistance, I always thought they only knew how to fry egg, cook indomie and make eba.

In business, the take out guys( suya, sharwarma joints, pizza spots) are making more money now. Most sit in businesses(restaurants, hotels, eateries) are closed.

Please add yours.

I learnt that all we have is now and that anybody can die at anytime, we need to maximize our time.

I regret all the relationships I was scared of having, if I successfully pull through this period, I'm going wife-hunting.
Que sera sera!
