How does someone with 7 years of Accounting and Finance Management in the manufacturing sector move to NGOs. Most of these Finance Management and accounting roles in NGOs require knowledge of Donor / NGO financial management framework. How can this donor/ NGO financial framework be learnt? Is there a book or online course to take? Any help will be appreciated |
