I am just wondering how did COVID-19 escalated so quickly into every country of the United Nations from Wuhan, China?

Through internatiknal football especially. Check nation's that are highly hit. Spain, Italy, UK, France, USA, Brazil.....

Cause it was already spreading and killing people before the Chinese government even admitted to having an outbreak of a new disease. There was no way of testing people and it was mistaken for a severe flu. It would have been far worse if the whistle blower had not alerted the world. A lot of people had died before the government was forced to admit it by the whistleblower and through that time, people were traveling in and out of the country, they even issued a warning in most states in the US about a more severe flu that was spreading in late 2019 but they thought it was the regular flu and there was no way to prove that it was coronavirus at that time cause there was no test in the US, I feel it was coronavirus already spreading then.

It didn't spread form just Wuhan it spread from multiple cities at almost the same time , people have been suffering Corona virus symptoms in Newyork since last year but they just thought it was really bad pneumonia

Only Wuhan infected the whole world but did not affect any single city in China.

They might have locked Wuhan down and allowed flights from Wuhan to anywhere in the world.
