There’s a lot of uncertainty around work right now with the COVID-19 pandemic—especially if you’re a job seeker still trying to make progress in your search or if you’ve just been laid off. But a lot of companies are still hiring during this coronavirus crisis—and they need to fill essential roles more than ever.

Here in Nigeria, There are only three official states that have been lockdown Lagos, Abuja and Ogun state. However, aside from the federal government decision, some state also efforced a full border lockdown like Rivers state and a few others.

-Jumia Nigeria

Jumia was founded back in 2012, in Lagos, Nigeria. The company has since grown to a multinational firm after expanded to five other countries: Egypt, Morocco, Ivory Coast, Kenya and South Africa.

The online Store “Jumia” currently has over 4000 employees and counting. It is noted to be the most shopping website in Nigeria. In 2013 it was awarded best online retail brand of the year.

They are currently seeking brilliant minds to work with, in this corona-virus pandemic.
