Governor Wike is right, Nigeria is a federation and the Federal Government cannot force the Rivers Governor to kow- tow to it decision under the present dangerous coronavirus lockdown. While it is true that Wike cannot stop flights from landing at Portharcourt International Airport he has the right to stop from entering his State. After all, Wike did warn before the lockdown. |
