If truly that's what she wanted to do, who says she can't create something of that picture herself if truly she has the baby as claimed. With all these photo editing apps on phones now, you can snap, crop and edit to the finest. But no you have to go steal someone content on internet without reference knowing your reputation as a celebrity. I don't understand this people sometimes

Nah! I don't think you know how Google works... For privacy reasons, google will not give you pictures of people's private accounts. Never! You will not do a google search of "cute baby pictures" and then it will generate results from people's private Instagram accounts.
