God will forgive you. All you have to do a say a prayer of repentance for your past deeds and all will be well. But one more thing : take time to study the Bible as this will help to keep you committed to your new life in Jesus.

But I am worried about God's punishment, maybe upon my business, fertility, children, sickness etc. Can he forgive me and not punish me for my sins? A lady I wanted to marry, once I told her about my past life. She ran away and said she doesn't want to suffer God's punishment upon me with me.

Please bro note that if you are sincere in your heart and willling to leave the sin and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, then your sins are definitely forgiven.

However, there are consequences in things we do here on earth. This law remains that way. Whether you spend ur time sowing good seeds or bad seeds, you will harvest exactly what you sowed. That is why the Bible clearly stated that 'God is not mocked, whatsoever a man sows, that is what he will reap. The Bible also says that as long as the earth remains, seed, time and harvest will not cease. So if you are a repented sinner, rejoice because the Lord's grace will be sufficient unto you. Be ready to carry your cross happily.

Truth is, forgiveness abounds for every man. The
almighty's divine laws are perfect and just. For this reason, we reap what we sow and every deed has a price, good or bad. If the person you have offended forgives you from their heart, then their is a way to clear ones debt but as we know, no one knows the heart of a man. Just live your life anew and change for the better. Who knows, the guilt you feel might be your comeuppance.

dépends on your age. If you are <20 then yes he could forgive you for naïveté but if > 20, fogerrit hell fire calls, the souls of those little kids calls

Firstly there is no sin that God doesn't forgive . I dont know if you're already born again. If you've not been born again . Abortion is not a sin to you and pregnancy is not the sin . Your sin is the nature you have on the inside which can only be taken away when you receive christ . But if you're already a born again christian and you're into these things it is different . You sound like someone who is not far from God's kingdom. If we are merely disturbed by guilty conscience and now looking for means to ease our consciences, then it's all useless. Repentance means confess your sins (to God, not necessarily to men), and TURN AWAY from them. Not the modern church type of flimsy repentance: repenting, but not willing to seek to live holy and do God's will for the rest of one's life.
No remorse, no desire to live holy and do God's will: then no repentance, but an empty religion.
