I went to the bank today to lay a complaint on how my money was not dispense after being debited, the reply I got from the manager. Was my issue can not be resolved until further notice because interswitch as went on corona Holiday senior banker advised that people should not use ATM of other banks other than their banks for any debit transaction. He said interswitch has stopped operations, so any issues while using another bank will not be resolved till they resume back after covid 19 ensure you withdraw only from your ATM. Everything is on holiday for naija, even ashawo dey for holiday. But we will pass the info to our loved ones so that they will not be at your ministry because we don't know when they will resume from there holiday. 1 Like |
