forgiveness: Why should Yorubas do that? Can Supermods themselves not check the actions of the Mods? Is that not what Supermods should be doing? Virtually everytime I have been banned, and it is many times for that matter, is because I spoke in reaction against Igbos. Some of us have nothing to do with our time than to be begging some Supermod to do his/her job? We are now responsible for highlighting abuse of power to Supermods who should have the tools to discern this and fire offenders? Don't think so bro. 1 Like |

I hope LegendHero is taken to my suggestion ? somebody should pass the msg across, abeg. I wan see the list with my korokoro eye Edited ; I would encourage LendendHero not to be discouraged but embark on self-compilation with links to every figure or number of students of each region off NL for reference and future use! cool |

=wowcatty post=88549062]If I tell you how I hate Yoruba leaders for destroying the youths and setting them up for failure! Yoruba allowed their land to be cement slabs all over and foreigners coming in to do as they wish. I totally understand your point of view sir, but even the youth also are to be blamed. Yorubas are generally very open-minded in their approach towards others. such an outlook towards life is dangerous in a country made up of very toxic rival groups. We all fail to protect our interest and show too much love to our enemy. This weakens our defences and portrays us to be vulnerable. We need to start treating other ethnic nationality the way we'll be treated if we were in their land. No investment will go to certain places even they give land out for free but Yoruba dropped the ball entirely by having all God could give a people and still didn't use it for our own good. It is good to be the economic hub of the nation. Our hospitality, Lagos, tolerance etc are the reason why these company decided to set up shops in the west for a start. We need to continue to push for more investment in the southwest since the people region normally benefits from such directly or indirectly. I spoke against Dangote cement factory before the construction few years back that it's too dangerous for health reasons and how things like that should be in unpopulated areas like Lagos/Ibadan expwy or far places like 1 hour from the nearest town but no one else said anything about it then. I even said if we can stop selling land to Nigerians who will later use it to insult us and instead lease to expats for 50 years. If Nigerians come to Yorubaland and can't expand they won't be flocking in. Dangote investment is positive for the region. Jobs are created, the local economy is improved and ultimately people are lifted out of poverty. The environmental impact is the necessary evil, that must be tolerated to Industrialized. The western states can't legislate on how to sell land to foreigners or other Nigerians because they will be going against the constitution of Nigeria. That is the major reason why some of us are clamouring for total restructuring that will empower ethnic nationality to legislate over their land and resources. Philippines don't sell land to foreigners at all, you rent for 25 years and keep renewing or marry a Filipino and put it in his/her name. Why can't Yoruba do this to save the rest of their children's future. The Philippines is a sovereign nation with the power to legislate and make laws based on the prevalent social-economic standing. The south is not. Also, all federal govt jobs in Yorubaland should be filled with Yoruba first before the next Nigerians this is how it is done everywhere except in Yorubaland. This is why we keep seeing this kind of threads, they must have been thinking that if we could allow the other injustice to stick, we will allow this too. This makes sense since Yorubas are not considered in other parts of Nigeria why should we give our spot out to them. 4 Likes |

Covidodo: Bruv, is it any surprise they want to now forget USA and focus on "back home" after LegendHero destroyed their brother everyone can see was the aggressor? Igbo boy Tobrasky issued the USA education supremacy challenge believing Igbos would carry the day only for LegendHero to 'own' them all. What does this prove if not what some of us say that the average Igbos has been ruined with false indoctrination about his own supremacy right from the womb? Their parents and grandparents never want to give others credit when due and they pass the same delusions to their kids who are now being owned today by the humble and silent Yorubas who can turn savage when provoked. Surprised I have not been banned yet. Tobrasky: 1 Like |

Why don't you take up the challenge and scour the databases of all higher degree awarding institutions in the US. So you can feed the ego of your co travellers. If you want to chest beat or form superiority in education, face other regions. Igbos are on their own league education wise in Nigeria and in diaspora. 1 Like |

gwafaeziokwu: My friend, go and post your drivel on your Biafran sites. There you will meet Igbos who tout their own supremacy blindly without any interest in deferring to facts and reality that prove otherwise. You are nothing other than the typical Igbo who is emptily vainglorious, bragadocious and arrogant to the end. Sadly you have been owned on this thread one of your own started to disparage the Yorubas same as your brother Tobrasky issued an empty challenge Igbos could not deliver him and your ethnic group from. You lot are more immature than even toddlers. When Yorubas then respond you are found playing victims. Shame on you. Man up. 3 Likes |

Ok I'm sure I'm not communicating with uneducated dunce here (hopefully). To compile a broad list of data on Nigerian students in a state alone in the USA (not even across the entire US states) is very HARD. For one the academic structure in the USA is far different from that of Nigeria where it might be relatively easier to access the biostatistics of students in various institutions. For Atlanta alone there are about 84 colleges and universities with different degree programs, and we haven't even scratched the surface yet cause we have to look through different academic years, degree programs, community College, trade schools, undergraduate, HBCU's, graduate, doctorate programs etc and then identify and streamline all the Nigerian names among hundreds of lists for each programs/academic years etc... Stuff like this will definitely take days to compile, and we are not even getting started yet. We never even touch other states, so there's ABSOLUTELY no way anyone will honestly conclude Yorubas beat Igbos in education across the United States colleges until a total bio-metric of Nigerian students in the US from a specific academic year till date is accurately defined, and then we can break down the ethnic groups based on the highest to lowest. I'm sure I'm not talking to illiterates (even LegendHero himself will know what I'm talking about here cause he stays in the USA). Meanwhile I'm back to rounding up my list for Georgia Institute of technology, will take half a day to preen all the names for the different academic years/programs. 1 Like |

candidtalk:Dude stop been daft, if you think it's easy to sit through hours of searching for Nigerian students through hundreds of names in a commencement list for different schools and degree programs, then by all means join in the challenge by going online to make it easier for everyone? have you even looked up the numbers of schools in Atlanta alone not to talk of the entire USA? stop reasoning like an Aboki now... I'm sure you're way smarter than that. I'm back to work now on my lists. 1 Like |

Tobrasky: Bruv, shut up. Who gave you the assignment you now moan about if not your own vainglorious and empty braggart nature that sees you unable to give credit to others where due? You think I am a megalomaniac like you to issue a challenge to then be begging when I am discredited and unable to validate my egotistic claim? I continue to say it that Igbo simply means "I Go Before Others". When this cannot happen in politics, academics, arts, entertainment etc you start shouting secession and spamming the internet with lies, propaganda and phantom achievements you can never prove. Don't know who made this comment, but just to let you know, Lagos state is the owner and custodian of the land in Lagos state, your COC in Lagos state is a lease agreement and it's subject to revocation at any given time if necessary. The land Dangote refinery is sitting on belongs to the LASG, not Dangote, it's a lease. Certificate of Occupancy is not a Certificate of Title or ownership? 1 Like |

You stand on no moral authority to call me out on vainglorious, bragadocious and arrogant behaviour which you all had shamelessly exhibited to a disgusting level in this forum. What you are crying about today is the offspring of years of negative and insulting reportage against Igbo achievement by the Lagos Ibadan expressway media. All the condescending coverage of Ndiigbo by your mannerless media has come home to roost. The social media has given everyone the opportunity to set the records straight and oh boy! , it's getting just interesting. If the kitchen is too hot, then get the hell outttt! I don't care about who started this thread or the challenge of Tobrasky. What I am interested is in making sure you don't push out your fabricated stories again and then through several repetition, make it the authentic Igbo story. That is a capital NO!!!!! 1 Like |
