Michael Oviawe, popularly known as DJ MAF, is a Nigerian Singer, Songwriter, and a Disc Jockey.

He comes from Edo State, Nigeria.



He is a graduate of AUCHI POLY, where he studied MECHANICAL ENGINEERING. He was born in Edo State of Nigeria.



Though DJ Maf is a Mechanical Engineer by qualification but presently he chose to go into entertainment.



He started his entertainment thought right from school days and was a great figure in school.



He was born on the 11th day of January, in the year 1997, in his hometown in Benin-city, Edo State, Nigeria. He is currently single and is presently based in Spain.



He started his life in Nigeria and after school days, he worked on his interest in music, and he built his knowledge to become a programmer and blogger.



At that time, he was undergoing his training sessions for mixing music to become a DJ.



After some few months, he planned to become a disc jockey and then at that time he decided to start his career as a Disc Jockey (DJ) in GHANA.



Though it came as a surprise that DJ Maf has not become successful in Nigeria’s entertainment industry, but he decides to enter into Ghana’s industry.



Things went well for him and he was able to stabilize things and was able to move forward and relocated to SPAIN, where he is an INTERNATIONAL DJ.



He lives in MALAGA, and he has been privileged to host the likes of “DAVIDO”, “J-MARTINS”, “IYANYA”’ and some other top artists.



DJ MAF also had to uncover his talent in music when he started writing songs and recorded some of them right there in MALAGA.



Many are still to be released but his most anticipated song that was released in 2018 is titled “WEAKEN” which he featured “DERICK ARIES”.



DJ MAF is currently signed under his very own record label which is known as TYB RECORDS. TYB means “TERM YOUNG BILLIONAIRE”.
