Face saving. This woman is as crooked as this administration. Nigerians will be dazed by the monumental corruption going on under the guise of social interventions. That is if the youths are responsible enough to vote in a new credible leader. 3 Likes |

Very silly excuses. Maybe the contractors are complaining about the few number of beneficiaries they are going to serve in SE and SS, when compared with the large number of beneficiaries up north. 1 Like |

Can you all see how unserious this government is? How do the contractor go doing census of the less privileged to disburse the said money? We will hear stories upon stories after this storm. They could send awareness text message to all mobile phone subscribers but can't send money through BVN from their record. 2 Likes |

This woman na disasterter, her previous Twitter statement attested to her level of reasoning ,what happened to CBN that has everyones central BVN data, can't they be used with a formular like this:. The targeted masses = ((Total Registered BVN _ All Federal civil servants+state civil servants +local government employees +plus all paying private coys)(since they will still be paid even on lockdown) -Entrepreneurs and Hustler affected by lockdown- affected unregistered poor masses who don't have a bank account)) CBN staffs can just be paid extra-allowances for such exercise since they have all the needed logistics in place instead of giving a contractor that will charge you high fee and could even do magic with the cash,Even after it took Buhari that long to select his ministers ,he still just couldn't select sound, sane minds Shiooooooor kelebe....... 6 Likes 1 Share |

jibovico: The problem is that most Nigerians dont pay tax and therefore government internal revenue agency does not have bank account records of individuals and govt have to.rely on private payment system. In US and virtually all western countries payments are done via tax collecting agencies so there there is no extra cost to the government. For example United State Internal Revenue Agency started direct deposit into people bank accounts yesterday in the US. Those who don't file tax will be getting a cheque much later. You see where the problem is. We Nigerians have to change the way we think and do things. Data is important. |

There is a lockdown in every state in Nigeria as federation, no state that is exceptional. Any palletives out side the office of the CBN is actually a scam. Direct all palletives payment through the office of the CBN from there respective active BVN. 1 Like 1 Share |
