1, the prospective buyer will write a Letter of intent (LOI ) duly signed by the CEO of the buying Company.
2, the prospective buyer will provide the buying Company profile.
3, the prospective buyer will provide the proof of fund equivalent to the Amount needed for the purchase of the Company.
5, upon the arrival of the CEO OF the buying Company and the seller Company will sign The Agreement with the Consultant or Facilitators before any discussion starts by both parties
Upon receiving the Above request the seller shall Acknowledge and write a Letter of invitation for a Top table discussion.
