Oh no! You get am wrong!  I did not say he cannot cheat.  I say we have radar to detect when it has occurred! You cannot stop it from happening, but you definitely know when it has occured.  The next step is to go to "plan B" which is a private matter! For an experience "cheat" , you can always tell when and how it is about to happen is what I mean!  You cannot stop it, but you know say "e don happen"!
