A patient who tested positive for coronavirus has been discharged by the Enugu state ministry of health after testing negative after treatment. Two people were put into isolation at the COVID-19 center by NCDC after testing positive and the two are still the only case recorded so far. One of them has recovered and has bee released while the other is still receiving treatment. A statement that is signed by the commissioner of health, Associate Prof. Ik. E.
