One of the ways to drastically reduce crime rate in a country is by capital punishment once palpable evidence has proven the suspect culpable, take each suspect to his/her community and execute him or her in the presence of his people.U need to let people know the consequence of their sins, otherwise they wont stop doing what is bad.
