A former APC governorship aspirant in the 2019 general elections, in Benue State Comrade Okpokwu Ogenyi has commiserated with President Muhammadu Buhari over the death of his former Chief of Staff, Mallam Abba Kyari.


Comrade Okpokwu described Kyari as a faithful and dedicated servant that has put all his best to towards building a better Nigeria.

Below is Comrade Ogenyi's condolence message:


CONDOLENCE MASSAGE

His Excellency,

Federal Republic of Nigeria,

On behalf of myself and family, I sincerely commiserate with Mr. President, the All Progressives Congress, APC and Nigerians over the demise of the Chief of Staff to the President H.E Abba Kyari, whose sudden death occurred on Friday 18th April, 2020.


As a devoted Muslim, he died on a Friday, a holy day, translating the acceptance of his soul by the Almighty God.


Until his death, he was a very faithful servant of His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari GCFR, the All Progressives Congress, APC and indeed Nigeria as a Nation. He lived a fulfilled life.


May the good Lord give Mr. President, the All Progressives Congress and Nigerians the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
