HOW TO DO AWAY WITH BAD BREATH

Most individuals do not have confidence when speaking in public because of their bad breath. This is one disease that many people have been suffering from. If you find yourself suffering from bad breath don’t worry this article is for you.
In this article, we have listed 5 steps to follow in other to do away with bad breath.

1.THOROUGH MOUTH BRUSHING

Brushing of mouth is one of the health principles required by any individual. those who do not brush suffer disgusting mouth odor that makes it difficult for them to expressed themselves in public. However, thorough brushing of mouth is one factor that establishes good breath from such mouth. After eating, it is a basic factor to brush your teeth so as to keep off the food particles that decompose and gives a bad smell.


2. REFRAIN FROM FOODS THAT SOURS YOUR BREATH

Despite the advantages of foods such as garlic, onions e.t.c. it is advisable to do away with such foods. According to research smells travel through the bloodstreams and make their way through the lungs which air travels. it is advisable you take such foods before brushing so as to keep your oral hygiene good.

3. AVOID TOBACCO

Tobacco is not only harmful to health, but it also damages the gum, teeth and it affects the air you breath out from your mouth. The process of smoking tobacco is also a platform where you gain diseases to your lungs, it damages your respiratory organs which controls the process of breathing. This can result in having bad breath. It also affects the color of your teeth, which makes you less hygenic.

4. AVOID SUGARY SUBSTANCE

Chewing gums are expected to be used after a meal to aid digestion. But it should be sugarless chewing gum because bacteria in the mouth love sugar. These bacteria use the sugar from any sugary substance to make acid. that wears down your teeth and causes bad breath. To avoid bad breath, chew sugarless gum instead.

5. GO FOR MEDICAL CHECKUP

It is advised you see your dentist occasionally to keep your teeth healthy and also avoid bad breath.
