Yes ! When they got tired of robbery and the evil of This one million boys, they stop to talk or rant on nairaland. Enough of the talk. They moved out enmass no matter the weapon the robbers carried, immediately they realised everyone, enmass has said A BIG NO, the robbers took to their heels.
This is what we need in Nigeria. Until we Nigerians (irrespective of tribe and religion) come out in unison just like this to tell our corrupt leaders in all levels that enough is enough, that we do not need old politicians again but young and proactive ones, to hold them accountable (enmass) for enbenzelled funds for development , that we need steady power supply within a specific time, nothing may change. Even the evil are afraid when the oppressed arise in one mind.
When we watch the channel National Geowild or animal documentary, We laughed at the hundreds of bulls and called them foolish (mumu) when only one lion or tiger catches one of their colleague and even ate their colleague in their midst, when they (the bulls in their hundreds if not thousands) are more than the lions and tiger in number, strength and voice. We call them foolish for looking on when their own colleague is butchered and eaten in their own very eyes.
How are we (Nigerians) different from these bulls in the way the country is treating its citizens for years. Am I instigating crisis, not at all. But there is an adage in Igbo land (I am not igbo by tribe) " When a man's chi (small idol) starts misbehaving, we show the chi the wood it was carved from". More like telling your irresponsible father or mother you cannot take their non sense any more.
We talk too much on nairaland about how bad the country is and corrupt the leaders are without doing anything. Lagosians have kept ranting about one million boys on nairaland for years but today they said enough is enough in action, enmass, irrespective of tribe or religion, political party, whether their brother or sister is among the one million boys or not ( they do not care) - all they care about is the peace and development.
