If you have an outstanding loan that would have made your BVN flagged, you wouldn't be able to have applied for loan. So, you're not being flagged by anyone as long as you have been able to apply. It is just the slow process of approval and disbursement that has made most people become unsettled and come up with various conspiracy theories. Just last month, someone was all over this thread disturbed that his approved loan was not being disbursed because he opened a Nirsal acct by himself, which wasn't the case. At last he got paid

Everything is online except told my Nirsal to visit their offices. Relax, your money will be paid directly to the acct you supplied. Nirsal decides if it will be otherwise paid to your nirsal acct. You don't need to disturb yourself over Nirsal acct

may be they have open nirsal acc for you and they disburse the fund to the acc and you are unable to cash out the funds I think you may want to visit any nirsal bank close to you for further torri
