Nigeria already has large storage capacity in FPSOs (Egina, Akpo, Agbami, Bonga, Usan and numerous others), Escravos, Forcados, Qua Iboe, chattered tankers etc. Secondly, all major producers of Crude oil have to compete for and keep market share. If you deliberately decide to "undersell" when prices are low, then you are only going to loose some of your market share. Atiku knows all this (cos he was in charge few years ago) but is just playing to the gallery for the ignorant ones. 1 Like |

It has been said many times, Nigeria need to diversify from the mono resource of crude oil as source of trade, slowly this is coming to pass. |
