The downside of 9mobile is that your data subscription drains up just as cast which is a big problem and their prices are no where near the affordability of glo and mtn. Mtn is a fast network for me until about a month ago. You know what you said about glo, trust me, mtn is worse now for some reason I don't understand. The speed is just fine on mobile phone but crawls slower than a tortoise on PC. As for airtel, I don't even look that way.

Try uc browswer app when downloading, it pause your download when networt goes bad.

MTN is the fastest. I do download 1GB movie in 11 minutes in Warri. Their streaming service on Netflix na blast, no buffering whatsoever. But dem dey zap data like mad. Just do 20GB for #3500 and have rest of mind. Or do 2days plan of 2.5GB for #500 if you want to download something real quick.

Why don't you download at night, using night plan?/its cheaper and glo gives 1GB for 100 naira, five nights validity, meaning you can roll it over if you don't exhaust it.

I used MTN and Globacom before the lockdown, but Globacom improved and mtn depreciated in my area in terms of speed

* The network speed depends on your area or location; glo may be the fastest in Ikoyi, but not in surulere...MTN may also provide the fastest network speed in VI, but not in Onikan.

* The time of the day contributes to the slow network connection that you’re experiencing.

* You may also be experiencing this issue a little bit more than normal because of the lockdown; more folks are using their phones

* Furthermore, due to the retardedd power supply all around the country, the network speed may not be maximized during power outage.

Call your ISP and ask for one of their network engineers to give you more info regarding the sporadic network speed you’re experiencing.

I personally will recommend etisalat and mtn 4G network for you. I have being using Glo for a while now but the network is not stable. It fluctuates and could be annoying. But mtn and etisalat are stable. Now I used etisalat network to browse and is fucking fast like the speed of light. Although some times the speed of browsing is determine by location

Glo 4G is extremely fast my download speed gets to 2mb/s and that's is network speed for some providers.

Glo 3G is terrible though.
