I hope you understand this is not the time to play partisan politics, Lagos recording new cases is not because it failed in any way nah, it's impossible for Lagos to stop a returnee from having the virus, it's actually an imported disease and Lagos is major point of entry and are trying to arrest the situation to the best of their capabilities
