Physical and psychological reliance on opioids, a substance found in certain prescription pain medications and illegal drugs such as heroin.
Opioids are prescribed to treat pain. With prolonged use, pain-relieving effects may lessen and pain can become worse. In addition, the body can develop dependence. Opioid dependence causes withdrawal symptoms, which makes it difficult to stop taking them. Addiction occurs when dependence interferes with daily life. Taking more than the prescribed amount or using illegal opioids such as heroin may result in death.

TRAMADOL is commonly affordable in Nigeria, and some people depend of it to run their daily lifes...from brick layers to Barrow pushers, truck pushers, job men who do heavy goods offloading on daily basis, those who cuts and carry timbers from thick forests...

Many Nigerians that do hard labours depends on TRAMADOL for strength to be able to get their job done, some started taking it on doctors prescription while some out of fun

Am not here to judge their reasons or applaud them...am here because a lot of them are in serious danger during this troubled time, so if you know any friend please kindly reach out to them...talk to them, keep them company anyway you can to distract them because if you don't you might lose them before this whole thing is over.

And if you're reading this and you're one of them this is a unique time to also call it a quite... Am not saying its gonna be easy but its not also as hard as you might think...

All you have to do is WIDRAWING GRADUALLY...DEPENDING ON THE DOESE YOU TAKE A DAY(it doesn't matter how many milligrams) just don't take up to that amount cut what ever you dose is by two...it will be difficult but be strong, do same for next day or two depending on how many you have left then cut that current dose by two again the third day....then cut again the 4th day....keep reducing the doze by half up till the 6 day then on 7th day don't take any...this stage might be far or less difficult for you depending on how long you have been addicted but it sure worth it....when ever you start feeling unconformable do some exercise that will make you sweat a lot take a cold bath and keep repeating same thing and in extra 2-3 days you will be free...

But also note it will take up to 3months for the deposits to leave your entire system but in this 3months you won't be feeling the URGE again.

I hope this helps you. Be strong
