Although I am not a fan of Hope Uzodinma, and I don't owe any one an apology for that, he should make Emeka Iheadioha account for ever penny earned by imo state during his governorship period. It is highly dissappointing but not surprised, if Iheadioha could waste the state fund on such a worthless purchase. They are all the same. Ihedioha must come out and tell Imo people how the vehicle is better than it opportunity cost, like investment on roads, health, eduction, and other public utilities and services. I wait to see what sort of defence or explanation he will have for this.

So the debt (at least most of it) na Okorocha handiwork

Is May not before June? Or May doesn't fall between January and June?

It was even inaccurate to say Okorocha was responsible for most of the debt, yes, Okorocha is responsible for his own part of the debt, but Imo state owed billions before Okorocha, they all borrow so you can not single out.
