Coronavirus (COVID-19) has since been ravaging the World with over 2.7 million cases recorded as of the time of filing this report. In Africa, authorities claim they have been "spared by God" or have simply been saved by the low volume of air traffic to their countries. However, some fear it is simply a lack of testing.

Africa has now recorded more than 29,000 cases, 8,696 confirmed deaths while 8,339 have recovered as at April 25 2020.

Vanguard gathered two of Africa's 54 nations are among the last in the world to report cases of the new coronavirus.
