Strange things are happening in this world,a lady went on twitter to cry out to the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) to please arrest her mother.

According to the lady, identified as ”blackie~ chan” on Twitter, her mother went for a wedding at Aso, Maraba at Abuja, so she begged the Centre to send a task force and shut down the wedding.
