1.. Dry pepper: according to tomato sellers a basket of costs 20,000 as of now. also the price for other pepper has inflated seriously
2.. Onions: Lots of onion is required to give fine taste when preparing a dish with Dry pepper and its useful in other aspect
3..Beans: Many Nigerians dislike beans despite knowing how positively it enhance the body system.. but it is required as of now and necessary too
4..Bread
5..Noodles and spaghetti
6..Ogbono: one of the fastest soup to prepare and canve garnished with crayfish pomo to reduce massive spending
7..Garri: due to the inflated price the population of people privileged to buy are not much but it is very necessary also
8..Crayfish and pomo
9..Groundnut oil and palm oil
10.. Fish
11.. Vegetables

Be it as it may.... pray we survive
