NairaLuck: Hello NairaLuck, We can only speculate about the goings. Few people have gotten their LOIs whilst majority hasn't. The last time I checked, people are still landing in Canada without any rigorous screening or much concern for the ArriveCAN App at the POE. Most IRCC officers are still working remotely amidst the buildup of the second wave Canada is currently preparing for. In my opinion, this is not the reason for the delay on why the LOI hasn't be issued. In 2017, I know a lot of people who travelled without their LOI after they got their PP back and was admitted in. But you know our people, we fear too much. All the best 5 Likes |

I found this very interesting. It's about the 'Cost of Post-Secondary Education in Canada By Province'. I think it's great to be informed about how much some of these schools cost. Interestingly, there are very cheap schools for prospective international students in Canada. If the goal is to enter Canada as a student, a cheap school would most likely be the way to go if you can't afford anything overly expensive. |

Good evening house, Please I'd like to ask a question. I recently came across that NSE program and I'm thinking maybe I should send my IELTS results Mybankstatement and Medical result through webform and then maybe I can be considered for it. I would really appreciate an honest feedback. Ps: I submitted my application since 7th of Oct. Thank you. |

Olayibo1: You must be sure to find a strong correlation between the BSc degree and the intended Postgraduate program |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by Olayibo1: 8:35pm On Nov 17, 2020 |
Kakokako:that's why I'm asking here in order to be sure of it But to my believe Then..d only difference between business management and education management was that business management deals with managing a given organizatoinal system in terms of planning, organising, and controlling in order for the business to move forward but in terms of education..it deals with planning and organizing of educational system in order for the schools to achieve their goals and objectives Moreover, I see schools as a business organization Like someone that decide to start a tertiary institution now He will need some business stratgies and some subordinates in order for his educational organization to move forward in terms of finances and improvement Also..all these private universities is more or else like a business. So..I don't know if I'm wrong with this though Gurus in the house can correct me..lol |

Good evening guys. I bought my ticket today, despite my passport not being stamped yet since i submitted two weeks ago. There was an issue though. The agent was telling me i wouldnt be allowed to board without the result of a covid test taken three days prior to the journey. She said it's compulsory but i heard some have traveled without it, so could someone please help clarify? Thanks 1 Like |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 17 by NairaLuck: 10:40pm On Nov 17, 2020 |
OBANLABAMIDELE2:First, when did you apply? It's not compulsory, actually it's like an heads up or advert of a faster processing time than the regular 15weeks or more. I asked when did you apply to Kno if it's worth it, cause let's assume you applied 17th Oct, from that day till the deadline for submission in December is 2momths already an mind you, you may not get the visa even after spending so much for IELTS that may or may not come out nice, plus, did you see the POF style? Minimum of about 8.1 million must be in the account consistently for 6 months plus 1year Statement of Account. Do you have such? So b4 you rush go write IELTS, consider the POF too, now if you are sure you have everything intact then you may wait for regular processing cause you'll be 2months in b4 you start a new NSE application. It's still our month of PRAISE 3 Likes |

Evening Nairalanders, I was chatting with a friend that we both applied for Canada and she told me her agent told her that a medical will be requested for 2 weeks after our biometrics. How real is it? 1 Like |
