No you have to send the documents via courier. The and the earlier you send it, the better because it takes about 20-25 Canadian working days (excluding the time it will take for the courier company to deliver the documents) to get the CAQ confirmation before you can start the whole visa application process.

NDNO:

Ok thanks.... Applying for Fall 2021. but is there no option of applying for the CAQ online without sending documents via dhl

Please house, I need your opinions on this, I finished my NYSC program last November and got a job the same month, now the issue is that it wouldn't make sense that a company i worked for 6 months, will be willing to grant me 2 years study leave(that's the number of years for my program)

Please i need other suggestions on what to use as my tie in Nigeria

I don't have any land Documents in my name except the one for my father but it has no survey plan.

My Cousin is my Sponsor and I am 24 years

The thing is there are some required courses which you should have... after your application online.. your school will send your transcript, degree certificate and letter stating studied in English.. you can put them together in one envelope.. if your degree is clearly stated on your transcript you don’t have to send a copy of your degree certificate.. in my case it wasn’t clearly stated. Note the documents should all come from your school. That’s what makes it official.. I think you can use unofficial documents for now, because of this covid - 19 issue. In addition, you need two referees, one from your school and the other from where you work.. and they have to make use of their official email. Admission to the program is for September intake only.. check the program website.. I’ll be here to answer any questions if you need me too.

Many thanks for the information.

I am applying for Fall 2021. Will get my transcripts when Schools reopen. Kindly through more light on the bolded. Can I collect the transcripts from the two universities sealed and send together through Courier. Will that still be considered as official?

Appreciate your response

Does anyone apply to Memorial university of newfoundland for fall 2020.
I would like to know how long it takes to get a decision. I got a supervisor who has accepted to supervise my thesis program, i applied in March and they are yet to make a decision.
Why don't you contact the school directly to get firsthand information? Not every question can be answered here correctly.
NB: The pandemic is also slowing things for the time being, but contact the school

WHY IS IT THAT NOBODY CAN PREDICT THE OUTCOME OF CANADA STUDENT VISA EVEN AFTER ALL THE PACKAGING ?.

Australia, UK and Ireland student visa application outcome CAN BE PREDICTED IF DOCUMENTS ARE WELL PACKAGED...

I'm in the same shoe. My application is now over 3 months. In my last correspondence with Nairobi office I was told that my enquiry will not get any response because they're currently working with reduced staffs. I think that's an auto generated reply

Please I need an answer or an advice to this questions that’s bothering me seriously
Hi Guys... @Frankrobbn1 @justwise (Good morning gurus in the house sirs and madams)
Please, Please, I need your help.
I have been following this thread for years. Please help

Credentials now: A lawyer in Nigeria before coming to join me in Asia and MBA, Masters in Peace and Diplomacy (I am thinking of taking the MBA out in the CV or resume because to many masters)
Program now: Master's Conflict Studies
Program Length: 2 years
My wife just got admission for a Master’s Program in Conflict Studies for fall 2020 (A two years program). We live in one of the Asian countries. My sister’s husband in Nigeria is the main sponsor. I as the husband, want to be a co-sponsor (because I think it responsible as the husband to be a sponsor even though my sister will sponsor tuition and boarding), but I do not have enough money in my account here. I am writing in my sponsorship letter that I will be using my land in Nigeria to take a loan from my sister to be a cosponsor even though, my sister is taking full responsibility for the studies with about 40 million naira (Tuition and boarding is about 9 million naira for one year). Please does it make sense?

Why a Masters in Peace Studies and Diplomacy even after two Master's already
Reason for Masters in Conflict Studies: It is because I want to study conflict because Peace studies does not give me a well-rounded background in conflict studies so that is why I am studying conflict in masters before a Phd( her intention or goal in the SOP is to be a consultant or lecturer)Academic career. 1st masters is peace studies and 2nd masters is conflict studies

Finance (Costs):
Tuition for the 1 year is = CAD 4,900 x3 (almost CAD15,000) N4,200,000
Living expense 1yr: CAD10000 = N2,800,000
Misc: CAD $5000 = N1,400,000
Total money for a year: CAD 30,000 (N8,400,000)
POF needed (from my younger sister and husband) = N40 million and some landed properties.
Only my wife is applying ( I am staying with the 2 kids here)
What would you advice.... me.....I am still writing the SOP

You should know the world is online now, and I believe your paper submission will be received on hand via DHL, those that supposed to look into it from the office are now working from home, and you don't expect them to carry a whole lot of applications home to review , in which ever way, keep the hope alive , good morning

Thank you very much @Frankrobbn1. I really appreciate your detailed response.

I will go ahead and liquidate the funds into my account.
~About the CUAC, the Ghana office caters for West African applications. I haven’t began my application yet but honestly, I’m seriously considering it.

----------》 ACCRA VO is the slowest immigration office for Canada and visa processing times takes a very longer duration than expected. So also consider this when making a decision.

~ Is it wise for my husband to apply for a visitor’s visa first or just go ahead and apply for an “F2” visa? (my apologies, I don’t know what it’s called.)

------------ 》Your husband should apply for a visitor's visa, it's much easier to get once he has sufficient documents to prove that he has funds and employment prospects back home which he will fall back to upon his visit to Canada.

Thanks again. I believe it will end in praise.

@GucciOluwa, please see the above responses in bold.

At this stage your application is 50/50. Updating of upfront medicals to PASSED is normal and doesn't mean its certain that your application will be approved. I know several applicants that got this notification and still got rejected. With that being said, its probably that the previous visa officer didn't look into your E-medical slip before making a decision on your file.

Don't show great happiness yet, keep the faith and hope your visa application will be reconsidered by the new VO. As your parish priest has said, keep praying! And never relent.

It will end in praise.

Tonyodg:
Greetings house trust all is going well please i was told to come here and ask questions God bless us all
First of all I am going for my masters in finance at Windsor university
Here is my query
1)My mother is my sponsor but here is the issue she doesn’t own no CAC documents cause basically she is not into running a company, but she has so many inherited properties and she also sells and buys Properties too , I have printed out her statement and for the case of supporting documents as source of income she gave to give me the “THE TRANSFER OF INTEREST IN LAND AGREEMENT “ about 5 showing the properties she sold and also the ones she paid for.
These documents I am talking about are notarized , signed and stamped .
is it advisable to go ahead and submit ?

2) do co-sponsors have to submit their source of income too ??

3) my elder brother owns a real estate company he has the complete CAC documents is there any way I can connect it to my application as source of income for my mum since it’s literally buying and selling of properties she does to sum the money in her account or I should just go ahead and submit what she gave me !?

God bless us all
Cc mcobex, justmellow, frankrobbn1, Naijaforeigner Wunaarroon69 , and everyone who can be kind enough to advice me I am about submitting my application

Good Morning happy people.

I want to say a very big thank you to everybody that has been contributing to this thread. It has been immensely helpful.

I got admission into PGD in Industrial automation starting September in Ontario Colleague.

My concern is linking my SOP with my documents: I am currently employed with a job related to my course of study(not closely related.) but my monthly pay is not up to 100k. On the other hand, I have a personal account that have a good money flow and currently about 5m balance.

Now should I include my current employment letter and pay slip in the document submitted or should I only include the account statement for my personal account. I am trying to make a good case for home tie.

I am being sponsored by my elder bother who works for an oil company, his account balance and property is ok to sponsor me.

Thanks Nairalanders your candid advice will be appreciated.

1. Yes
2. Yes
3. Include your brother's CAC documents if he is also sponsoring you, but if he is bringing nothing to the table then no need including it.
Just show your mom's proof of income and you should be good to go. Since she buys and sell properties, I want to believe she has receipts and other documents to show for it?
Is she renting any of those properties? If yes, then let her show proof of rent payment by her tenants, it will go a long way.

If you are seeking for people's advice then you should give full details of your case and stop keeping your cards to your chest. Telling us your area of specialization at the moment won't invade your privacy, so kindly tell us that.
If we don't have a clear picture of your case then how can we give precise answers.
That aside, if you tell the vo you are working then you need to show proof of that and you can only do that by showing your ID, payslip/SOA showing your salary enters the account, employment letter, leave letter(depending on what you are saying in your SOP)
