I have already rescheduled my flight. I paid 60k to do that. angry angry angry. Luckily the quarantine plans will be adjusted for me.

I called the agent and as they told Dame24, they said it'll be picked up today and delivered Monday (they don't deliver on weekends).

My problem with them is that if they know they can't handle return deliveries, they should instruct all applicants to pay for 2 way courier from the onset. Why allow us pay for it when you won't deliver on time.

I dont know shaa.. But u shouldnt have booked that flight till your passport is back in your hands

Please don't address people like that. This lady booked more than a month in advance. Who would ever had thought his passport would spend over a month after sending. She even paid so much to postpone. I did the same. Please stop giving antidote after death.

Who would have thought VFS would keep my passport for over a month? I didn't see this coming at all. My course mates even got me a welcome to St. John's package but they'd have to keep it till next week. I had everything well planned and made these plans one month ago. Here I am today, at the mercy of VFS. It is well. Akan owo ikanna Abasi. Everything is in God's hands. The worst part is already over.

Even if your bank is not on mybankstatement you should still send one year bank history and IELTS,. if these documents will not improve your study permit application, ircc will not put your application on hold pending when they receive this documents or the due date to submit them passed.

When IRCC send NSE letter it is because they know it gives you a better chance of approval

Just spoke with my agent because i got NSE request this midnight and she said eligibility review has started on my application and if I go through the NSE route that I have around 90% rate of my application getting approved! That it is very more better than the normal processing where the approval rate might seem below 50%

Consultant Lekiboboe grin... I wish I could answer. But it really seems odd, that you can't answer the question. You help everyone. Now that you need help, nobody is on your wavelength. I advice you try Google
Lol afi consultant naa grin

Google doesn't av a answer to this question,

In this context, this question can only be answered by someone who has the experience (HND in Naija then Post Baccalaureate in Canada), so seems there is none

As suggested by Hon Skepta,
mailing the skool is the only option

Wow, You are alrdy a Celeb even bfor arriving St. John cheesy (that's on a lighter note).

Quite unfortunate, one can't depend on a Nigerian Structure to get things done on time,

I pray God perfect things ASAP for you and everyone else expected to travel soon

Hi Rebecausoro, I sincerely empathize with you about rescheduling your flight due to Lagos VFS sloppy attitude. Please the new people with PPR kindly save yourself the mental torture send your passport elsewhere to Abuja, Ghana, anywhere except Lagos VFS. I guess we were the "test samples" for the others. Cos if I had known, I would never send my passport to Lagos VFS.

Big congratulations to you! All I can say is wow... considering all the documents you didn't provide and a 1page SOP. This is an assurance that the God factor is super key, it's not just about the documents. Congrats again.

congrats ooo, did you mean U waited for two months after you submit your applications and then went for the medical and later got the approval??

TWO QUESTIONS PLEASE!!

Some banks in Nigeria like 'First Bank' are yet to key into the MybankStatement Certificate stuff as required by CIC in the place of the regular bulky SOA.

What can one do if one is having the fund in a bank that couldn't generate this one page document (MyBankStatement)? Can one still go ahead and upload the normal bulky SOA in the place of the MyBankStatement?

Secondly, can one use a different 'MyBankStatement' different from what was previously uploaded in the main application at the time one submitted?

This is a full thread of my application, i would make it as concise as possible.
Application date: Sept 7th (with previous biometrics)
School: Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
course: Electronics Engineering (Diploma)

Forms submitted :
ALL IMM forms, Int passport, Passport photograph etc

Client Information:
SOP -one page (I made 2 typo errors I wanted to cry when I found out)
Letter of guardianship from my siblings in Canada (i encourage anybody that has a sibling in Canada to do this, whether you are above 21 or below)
Letter of recommendation from my place of work (didn't include employment letter and paystub)- IT Systems Administrator for 3 years
Waec certificate year 2009, I forgot to include my Bsc and I didn't include my NYSC as well

Proof of funds:
sponsorship letter from my parents
Receipt of Full first year tuition payment
Mother bank statement (Canadian bank) showing 10k cad
Dad's bank statement showing 1.3m naira

Took the leap of faith by doing upfront medicals when I waited for over 2 months and no response.
Med passed in 5 days
6 days later BVL and PPR..

I thank God for this, and also I am highly grateful for everybody that contributed one way or the other.
There isn't any method to the Canada application, just do your due diligence, be patient, and pray.
congratulations bro, I'm happy for you ooo. Did you mean that you waited for two months after you submitted your online application on ircc and later went for upfront medical and got approval after five days

You should have been more humane in your comment. I can imagine the mental torture of planning something with certainty only for a third party company to mess everything up because of inefficiency. If not for those consent and declaration forms, VFS would have received multiple lawsuits for things like this.

One week is more than enough to send documents to anywhere in Nigeria, even if you're working with a thousand passports per day.

Can you ask your agent source of his assumption at least people here can research cos NSE is brand new to me and all this posts of 90% assurance of an approval is questionable o.

10% chance of denial is attributed to what then?

Make we take am easy o cos if somebody goes through the NSE and still gets denied, they will say its you guys.

Good morning wonderful people!

Please, what vfs address would one dhl a passport to. And what other document would be submitted asides the passport?

Thank you in advance.
First I hope you're not send to Lagos office? If yes I am sure you won't get it till maybe January 3rd week or so cause Now we're not certain when they'll go for holidays.
If you're send to Abuja, you may be lucky to get it back this year.

Remember I said MAY

So I advise you not to book any flight in anticipation

Advanced biotechnology (fast track) in centennial college. Depending on your previous qualification it would be used to determine whether it’s a normal diploma certificate or a post graduate diploma certificate. For example if you’ve a Bsc already then you’ll get a PGD and if it’s after a high school grade you get a post secondary diploma. Got this information from someone who attended centennial studying advanced biotechnology

I already advised the op that going for an Advanced biotechnology (fast track) in centennial college will NOT affect her chances as there is an academic progression.

It will end in praise

Wow....Thank you. So that means that after this "eligibility review" stage, it is straight to PPR and so on for say, an application submitted in November and or December.

If you pass your eligibility review, you'll receive a Medical Request, MR. When you pass the medicals, you will receive a Biometric Validity Letter, BVL. This letter means that a decision has been made on your application (If you don't receive a Medical Request before you receive the BVL, its most likely your application has been denied). After MR and BVL, then PPR, Counterfoil and LOI.

To the best of my knowledge, no person has recieved AIP here after that date, so I believe the applications submitted after September 15 2020 are following the normal TRV processing which is the process I defined above.

Goodluck!

You are welcome.

Please take your time to peruse and gather relevant information needed in applying for admission and visa as well as the requirements.

Age is not a barrier when it comes to education. Kindly visit colleges eg Conestoga college, humber college etc. They offer PGD in your field but before you apply, is your work experience also related to your HND.
